We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Are the glasses compatible with prescription lenses?

Our Nexus Vision™ Full-Frame Smart Glasses lenses can be replaced with myopia (prescription) lenses to suit your vision needs.

Note: Myopia lens replacement is available exclusively for full-frame Nexus Vision™ model.

How do the Bluetooth features work?

The glasses pair easily with any Bluetooth-enabled device. Simply enable Bluetooth on your device, search for the glasses after switching them on, and pair them. Use the touch controls to answer calls, play music, or activate your voice assistant effortlessly.

Are the glasses water-resistant?

Yes, our smart glasses are designed with waterproof durability to handle splashes and everyday use.

Care Instructions

How do I clean my glasses?

Clean the lenses with a microfiber cloth and avoid using harsh chemicals. For the frames, gently wipe with a damp cloth.

How do I charge the glasses?

Your smart glasses come with a USB or magnetic charging cable. A full charge typically takes 1 hour and lasts up to 5-6 hours of continuous use depending on the model.
